Home Remedies For Burping
Burping is also known as belching. It is a way through which the body expels the extra gas from the stomach. Your burp has a typical sound and can at times have an odour too.
Causes of burping
- Swallowing excess of air while eating.
- Poor digestion that results in extra production of gas.
Burping occasionally is okay but if it is persistent, there can be an underlying medical condition, such as gastritis, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), celiac disease, fructose malabsorption, peptic ulcers and lactose intolerance.
Even though it is a natural bodily function, it can make you get embarrassed and even feel uncomfortable. Here are some home remedies for burping.
